Terms and Policies

Booking Classes — Classes must be booked within the time period specified above and unused class credits will expire at the end of the stated period. Clients will receive an email 14 days before the expiration date as a reminder to book sessions for any remaining credits.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy — English with a Lawyer understands that plans change, people get sick and life sometimes gets a little crazy. Therefore, cancellations or requests to reschedule your lessons are permitted at no cost, if done 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Requests to reschedule made within 12-24 hours before the class will be accepted at no cost if both parties can find a mutually agreeable time within one week of the originally scheduled lesson. Classes that are canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time are nonrefundable.

Referral Discount Program — Enjoying the lessons and want to tell your friends or colleagues? Receive a free class credit if someone you referred signs up for any of the offered packages (Basic, Intermediate, Dedicated Learner).

Learning Platform — All classes will be held over Zoom, unless the student specifically requests Google Meet.
